Yellow Septarian Sphere from Madagascar. This stunning Sphere is 6.4cm diameter and is very tactile and displays rich yellow calcite crystal. It dates from the Cretaceous period, it is a fossilised mud ball which over millions of years cracked and then dried out, Calcite then leaked into the cracks to form the distinctive patterns that are displayed in this Sphere. ideal for the collector or healer or as an unusual display piece.
