Ammonite Oval Cabochon Large, from Madagascar. This fantastic 18gram Ammonite Cabochon displays an amazing natural chamber pattern and incredible rich coloured calcite, it was beautifully hand crafted in our workshop using the highest grade Madagascan ammonites and polished to a very high degree. The Ammonite is from the Cretaceous period 120 million years old. This cabochon would be ideal for a jeweller or as a stunning tactile disply piece.
